We ship across Canada and the United States.
Standard shipping is $4.99. Free shipping applies on orders over $130 USD.
Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
CozyCubz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Certain items (e.g., personal hygiene products, opened items) are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
